TickSights Cancel your subscription
Cancel in one step
Your subscription is billed by Whop, which is the merchant of record and your contracting party for the purchase. Cancelling there ends the subscription. There is no notice period, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Open Memberships, select your TickSights plan and choose Cancel. Whop confirms the cancellation by email.

You can also cancel by email to hallo@ticksights.com. No particular wording is required: your name and the email address you signed up with are enough for us to identify the subscription. We will forward it and confirm in text form.
What happens next
- No further payment is taken after the cancellation takes effect.
- Access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
- You can subscribe again at any time; nothing is deleted immediately.
Right of withdrawal
Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing from the contract. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers apply to the purchase itself and are handled by Whop as the merchant of record; the applicable withdrawal policy is the one presented to you at checkout. This page is about ending a running subscription, which you can do at any time regardless of any withdrawal period.
